Our Client, a joint venture general insurance company in Indonesia is
seeking for the following position :

Marketing General Manager (Mkt-GM)

Qualification and Experiences:

* Male, age 35 - 45 years

* Bachelor's Degree or Profesional Degree in Sales & Marketing.

* Must have at least 5 years marketing experience in managerial
level.

* Must have a passion for insurance industry that he work with,
specially in marketing.

* A person who want to work in an exciting, fast paced and
challenging business but with a serious work ethic.

* He should have energy, drive and a good sense of fun.

* He also must have excellent communication and influencing skills.

* The abilty to motivate a team and maintain very high production
standard is crucial.

* Strong leadership, marketing skills, and good networking in
insurance industry to be successful in this job.

* Have pleasant personality, positive attitude, enjoy working within
a team, and have a huge amount of enthusiasm in this business.

* Working directly with Marketing Director, he will develop Branches
and Agency forces.
